Letchworth Fitness The Biggest Loser
The Biggest Loser is an 8-week weight loss course that provides fun instructor led workouts in a competitive but friendly environment.
The competition is to lose as much percentage body weight as possible in an 8-week period. Our group sessions run continuously so our members can start their 8-week adventure whenever they like.
The sessions run at 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Through popular demand we have now added another session at 10am on Friday mornings.
The Biggest Loser Challenge is FREE for all LetchworthFitness members.
